Welcome to my tiny space on the internet. It’s nothing special π
But you know what? There’s something kind of special about this to me. I’m free to share whatever I want - and you’re free to click away. Nobody knows you visited. There’s no algorithm and nothing to buy.
The site doesn’t have comments, but I welcome feedback and like-minded connections at nick@mail.wrycode.com .
Rehabilitating wrycode.com
I used to have vague ideas of gaining an audience, boosting my career, stuff like that. Honestly, it kind of ruined this site. I never actually wrote about things I cared about. It never felt “appropriate”. Or I was afraid I would work through some issue in a blog post, frozen in time, only to have it age horribly or be taken out of context later.
So yeah, this site kind of sucks right now. But who cares?
Now I plan to post a little more regularly, without self-censoring so much. I plan to write about anything that interests me.
